About Me

Namaste, I'm Joshua Jose, a 20-year-old technology enthusiast from Kerala, India. I recently completed my Plus Two with a focus on Computer Science, and I am currently transitioning into a rigorous university degree.

Over the last two years, I haven't just been studying theory. I run a digital communications business handling complex e-services, which has taught me how critical secure, efficient, and well-architected systems are in the real world.

In my own time, I've hunted down certifications from IBM and Oracle to understand the high-level landscape of Cloud Infrastructure and Generative AI. But using APIs and cloud interfaces made me realize something crucial: I don't just want to be a user of high-level tools. I want to understand the foundational architecture, the data structures, and the logic that powers them. I am seeking a university program that will strip away the abstractions and teach me how to build the engine.

A cinematic epic created using a 100% generative AI workflow to test the narrative limits of current video and audio generation models.

This experiment pushed modern AI tools to their storytelling edge, focusing on how visuals, sound, and editing combine when the entire pipeline is generated from high-level prompts.

  • Visuals: Generated with Veo 3 to create dramatic scenes and cinematic motion.
  • Audio: Composed with Suno AI for a fully automated soundtrack and sound design.
  • Assembly: Edited and finalized in Microsoft 365 Editor to produce the complete narrative.

The project tested how current AI tools interpret bold narrative structure and deliver a cohesive media experience from prompt to final cut.

"The True Red Sea Miracle" (2026)

An exploration of sustained atmospheric and geological visualization using AI, testing how models handle prolonged physics-defying prompts.

This project explored how generative systems interpret large-scale, complex narrative prompts over extended sequences, including environmental effects and visual continuity.

  • Generative AI: Used AI engines to create long-form visual and narrative sequences.
  • Video Production: Crafted story structure, pacing, and scene transitions around AI-generated assets.
  • Prompt Engineering: Iterated prompts to sustain atmospheric and geological detail across each frame.

The experiment tested the limits of modern AI storytelling and helped clarify why a stronger foundation in software and systems design matters for future media engineering.

This full-stack finance tracker allows users to monitor income, expenses, and savings goals with intuitive dashboards and data visualization.

  • Frontend: React.js with modern UI components for responsive design.
  • Backend: Node.js/Express for API endpoints and data management.
  • Database: Integrated database solution for secure financial data storage.
  • Deployment: Hosted on Lovable.app platform for seamless access.

A production-ready solar energy analytics dashboard customized for Indian solar panel installations to help users optimize energy consumption, battery storage, and bills.

Building this took a deep dive into frontend performance and serverless architecture. Core engineering challenges solved:

  • Serverless Optimization: Refactored the forecasting, AI advice, and weather polling endpoints from a Python backend with heavy ML libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, reaching 973 MB) into native TypeScript / Next.js API Routes, shrinking production deployment sizes to under 10 KB.
  • Interactive UI & SSR: Solved server-side rendering (SSR) build failures with large visualization tools (plotly.js) by implementing custom Webpack externals and transpiling packages in Next.js configuration.
  • Clean Architecture: Refactored location-selection dropdowns to be fully responsive and optimized CSS/font preloading using Next.js’s native font optimization tools.
